Refunds and Returns

Butler's Express Mezz™ System purchased through Richardson Brothers Construction is a custom product that is made-to-order from the time the customer places the order, to when it ships. If a mezzanine order is cancelled prior to manufacturing, the customer will be refunded their payment, minus any engineering, processing, or handling fees accumulated up to the time of the order cancellation. No refunds will be given for orders that have left engineering and entered into the manufacturing phase. Richardson Brothers Construction will aid the customer with options, but will not be liable for any costs arising from an order cancellation.

Should the product arrive to the customer with damage that is properly documented prior to unloading from the freight carrier, Richardson Brothers Construction will file paperwork on the customer's behalf to receive replacement parts at no cost to the customer.

Once an order is placed, a representative of Richardson Brothers Construction will contact the customer to verify order information and answer any questions. Should the customer decide to cancel at that time, a full refund will be issued, less any potential fees assessed to Richardson Brothers Construction from PayPal, our preferred payment platform.
