Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to most areas of the United States. If you are interested in a mezzanine, but the shipping destination is outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us.

Freight is calculated through the zip code entered with the order. After the order is entered, you will be contacted with an estimated ship date and information on the carrier. This product is manufactured after receipt of order. It can typically take 5-8 weeks for a mezzanine to be built and shipped. The manufacturing time can change due to economic, supply chain, pandemic, or other factors. Accessories such as flooring and stairs may ship separately from the mezzanine, but the freight is still included in the price.

Prior to shipping, additional information will be provided to properly inspect and document damage before unloading and accepting the material. Any damaged material that is not properly documented prior to unloading from the carrier's truck will not be replaced under warranty.
